Just had Casey out to replace a water heater and install a water filtration system. This is the third project and repair we have had Casey to my sons' home and as usual his work is immaculate. He spent time to discuss all the options and cost of each and started the work one day after agreeing to what was wanted and needed. He goes above and beyond to make sure his work is perfect and it is. Casey is the only person I will call for any plumbing needs in the future

He promptly communicated with me and answered my millions of questions with patience, knowledge and gave me guidance throughout the entire process. I am SO lucky to have found an honest and kind plumber like Casey! I put my trust in him to replace an extremely old water heater, remove out of commission piping, and fix an ongoing issue that others diagnosed incorrectly. After taking the time to figure out the root issue, he gave me a guarantee that if the water heater replacement did not solve my problem, he would dig deeper and continue his work until it was fixed (with no extra charge!). This gesture eased my mind — after having it previously misdiagnosed by other plumbers I was a little nervous this would not fix my ongoing issue. Lo and behold, the water heater replacement fixed my issue! I also hired him to replace the old and leaking hose-bib in my backyard, no more leaking and it looks beautiful. He then went above and beyond by taking the initiative to replace the identical old hose-bib in the front yard (gratis!). What an admirable surprise that was! Casey is honest, first-class of his craft, and VERY competitive with pricing. Casey will be my go-to guy from now on. He took wonderful care of me and I am so appreciative of him.
