Ryan was excellent and even came back after I removed the old tank box/stand, had some drywall repair and painting done, to re-route the pressure relief pipe straight down which had been routed around the old tank box. Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"
