"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

When we chose to remodel our kitchen we called a few companies and interviewed them wanting ti know what they have go offer. All of them had the same common denominator. .. you should do this and get that and it will cost you. Dont worry we will take care of it. But THEN we met with Mikey from YFC and the tables had turned. Mikey actually came in and started to interview us gathering information of what we wanted and what we were lacking and asked us for a wish list a need list and budget in mind. Then within 20 minutes or so he showed us a wonderful new kitchen design with the modern looking cabinets and granite counter tops. just when we thought this is it and its great Mikey looked at us and said outloud "OK LETS CUSTUMIZE IT TO YOU NEEDS"

As soon as he was done he gave us a breakdown of the cost of project and smiling we said "let's do it" For the next 3 weeks gabi and the crew came in on a daily basis at 8:00AM sharp and totally transformed our old and dated kitchen that Mikey designed into a beautiful and functional kitchen that we just love.

Mikey was with us to help pick and choose our fixtures and hard surfaces. I can comfortably say that we will use Mikey and YFC in the future. And yes, Mikey IS my favorite contractor!

"From the time I contacted Kevin to the time the job was completed, SGB was fantastic.  I needed a very small master bathroom in an old house gutted and built from the ground up.  As this is a rental, my budget was very limited.  Kevin told me what he could do and what I would provide so he could meet the price I requested.  Kevin, along with his team worked miracles.  There were some plumbing issues that came up and Kevin handled all of them by communicating with me and giving me honest and accurate estimates of how much time this would put us back.  Not living in the house while the work was being performed was a new thing for me and I was nervous about workers being in the home when I was not.  My fears were unfounded.  Kevin and his team only used the french door leading to the bedroom and taped the bedroom door closed so dust and people couldn't use the rest of the house.  The work site was kept spotless.
The master bath turned out more beautifully than I could have imagined.  Amazing results with the budget I gave him.   As with any project, things go wrong ~ and they did in this case also. The door was put on "backwards", swinging the opposite way we had talked about.  I called Kevin and he was out there within a couple days to completely redo it.  It was a whole day job and he and his team completed it beautifully and timely, even though I know it affected his schedule.  I plan to use SGB for renovations to my new home.  Thank you Kevin and Angelo and team.

"Pacific Green was always on time and the project was completed much faster than I thought it would be. They completely removed the plants, drip system, weed barrier and mulch. Then they sprayed weed killer and let it sit a couple days. Then came the new weed barrier, drip system, plants and mulch; all of upgraded quality compared to the previous installation. At our first meeting they determined the scope of the project including plant requirements and gave me a ballpark estimate. They brought me pictures of a range of plants that fit my needs.
