Fitness Equipment Specialist

He took it apart, left it that way and said he needed to see if he could find the part. I called several days later and he said he wasn't having any luck finding the part. Never got back to me and he left me with a mess in my garage. I would have been happy if he at least put it back together again so it would have been easier to eventually get rid of.

The move went well, thanks to James's and his crews help we were able to get our machines moved to the new house and set up the way we wanted. I was impressed by their professionalism, knowledgeable skill set on working with these fitness weight machines.  The whole process of me getting a quote from them, to the communication and work was beyond what I expected. Great job!

My name is Cat Kom, and I own Studio SWEAT in San Diego, CA. Jimmy Redding has been keeping our equipment (Spin bikes, Treadmills and Rowers) in amazing condition for over 3 years, extending the life of equipment and keeping my staff and clients happy!

Jimmy is phenomenal at tracking service history for each piece of equipment he maintains and does his best to respond quickly if I have a specific request or need he can help me or my staff with.



He?s also vey trustworthy, coming in at night when we aren?t working, getting his work done quickly, but thoroughly, and making sure he leaves things in better shape than when he found them.

I give him credit for extending the life of a fleet of commercial spin bikes we are really tough on! I had my first fleet for over 4 years! Then I was able to sell them for enough to cover 60% of the cost of new bikes! Why? Because they were in great shape!

His rates are reasonable too, which makes it possible for me to afford his monthly visits.

All I can say is that if I lose him because I wrote this I?d be very sad! Ha.

Great service, always gets right back to us and is flexible coming to work on the fitness equipment, it has to be a time that clients are not in the facility.

I'm a homeowner, not a fitness company and I have had James maintain our Lifefitness treadmill and Stairmaster Stepmill twice now. When I was first looking for a maintainer of our equipment, other companies wouldn't even talk to me without a huge fee. James gave me a quote and explained what services would be done over the phone.
I like the fact that he takes his time and makes sure everything is done right. I'd rather him take his time and do it right rather than do a rush job because he's on a tight schedule. If I have questions or concerns, he spends the time to make sure I feel comfortable with the results. I do understand he's not a miracle worker and somethngs are out of his control, but as I spoke to him as he was working, I could see the care and thoroughness he puts into his work. This was great to see.
I now only call James when I need any equipment servicing done.
