One full bath had a new floor installed and a new toilet installed. One bedroom wall needed new baseboard, installation, and painting. that bedroom needed new carpet installed. One kitchen wall was sanded and painted. Whole condo was deep cleaned. All work was excellent."

Kent used a large excavator to level the areas himself over 3 days. When this part was done, the crew took away the grass and dirt and disposed it, prepped the areas and put in the retaining walls, pavers and drains. I really appreciated that Kent showed up every day to check on the progress and address any concerns. He said the job was priced a bit low because there was so much compacted hard soil. It was prep work for a listing to be put on the market for sale post a tenant move out. So painting, microwave put in fixtures of door handles face plates, just a checklist of a number of items. It was wonderful working with Mike. He was kind he was polite. He was on time gave an estimate stay to it.
