When he came, though, he didn't have the right camera to video from the cleanout in the bathroom, since they had assumed the video would be from the main cleanout. I guess I hadn't been clear enough over the phone, and they didn't ask. But he gave it a try and was able to get the larger camera far enough along to confirm that the sink wasn't the cause of the leak. But that camera would have been too big for the shower drain so there was no point to trying to camera the other drain where we thought the problem actually was. At least he tried with what he had."

"Was 1.5 hours late.. When I called him up he said "I'm in Woodland", CA. I live in Orangevale,Ca. He was quite angry that I called him. Sort of a blustery person. Installed the faucet in about one hour. He needed a new hose from his truck and charged me $15.00 for iit even though I had paid for two hours. So, in reality I was charged $150.00 an hour for the installation, plus bought the faucet myself and had to suffer a cranky person for that hour. Will not use him again.
