We were planning to install marble around a fireplace where tv would be located, he agreed to come over prior and identify where tv will be positioned so our tile contractor could work around it. Then Rich came over installed and configured TV. Rich is absolutely great to work with. He is professional and very responsive. We are planning to install one more TV in a future and only will use his service."
