"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"I moved into a house with an existing alarm system, thermostat, and doorbell that I didnâ t have access to. I originally called to have everything uninstalled but after talking to Deana I decided to go with their recommendations of Alarm.com and itâ s components. The installers came right on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job with the install and went over how to use everything. After they left the owner of Secure and Alert stopped by to make sure everything went ok. I highly recommend Secure and Alert and will be calling them with any future needs!"

"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."

"DIY system is nice, but the monthly cost is not in line with other DIY systems. I would go with Ring or Simplysafe next time just because of the monthly cost. Overall the support is good, but that doesn't justify the monthly cost."

"They did great work, installed 3 TV's so no cables are seen hanging. They had to reschedule a couple of times but finally were able to complete the job. Before he left he made sure all remotes were working and the TV's were installed to our liking. I would recommend them."
