I was very clear that I had a Merlin System, which I learned from the ATT tech was totally outdated. The Telelink guy, moved my Merlin box, had about a half hour conversation with me, and charged me $270. He did no wiring.

Carson, the front-end man, was very helpful and gave us DIY tips, which we did. When those tasks were accomplished - and failed, we then hired Telelink to repair our internal phone system. Baylor, the fix-it guy, was "johnny-on-the-spot," courteous, and efficient - a guy you feel you can trust to do a good job. Our gratitude for a job well done.

I called them, they were very professional and prompt and made it out to my hospital within one hour and had it diagnosed and fixed within two hours of my phone call. Excellent and a life saver! It was important to get my credit card, fax and check processing line working again...just wish they were able to do it on same day service. But they came out next day afternoon and tech was very professional and did a great job
