Doggie door was put in to my satisfaction, and he came up with an idea for added security when we are away that was genius! Also his quote included additional fee for electrical work if needed when the wall was opened up, but turns out no electrical needed to be done, so he dropped the quote down. Then he got out the staircase ladder and went up 15 feet on the stairwell and got my picture hung.
