"Robert was very professional, responsive and I even told him "good old fashioned American customer service"!!    He helped me decide which tint to choose, we chose darker on top and lighter for the vertical windows.  At first, I wasn't sure if I liked the tint due to some markings in it, Robert was patient, tried another tint and in the end I decided on the initial tint.  Now that it has been warmer I am thrilled with my decision to use the tint on my kitchen window! The old tint really had not been effective because it is so much cooler on a sunny day in my kitchen.
