 + -1 moreNorth Coast replaced my windshield and looks like a great job at a reasonable price. I searched online on Sunday for auto glass services. I found North Coast Auto Glass and filled in the request-a-quote message form. I received a reply within a couple hours (although I hadn't expected a reply until the next day). We agreed on a time for Monday. They came on time, acted professionally, and supplied a quality windshield. I can tell that they stand by their work. I would use North Coast Auto Glass again and I recommend them.
Description of Work: Needed to replace cracked windshield. The crack appeared -- or perhaps spread and I then noticed it -- on a Saturday afternoon while the car was parked facing into the sun.

 + 0 moreI have ZERO complaints about North Coast Auto Glass. Professional, prompt and polite. I called at 9am and two installers were in my driveway with a new windshield at 1pm same day. It took them under an hour to replace my glass and the price was awesome, exactly as quoted with no hidden charges. Another company gave a quote without mentioning a windshield "disposal fee," a "transportation fee" (for driving to my house), plus sales tax on the parts. The North Coast Auto Glass installers were fast and friendly and took care of every detail down to wiping off the last fingerprint. And any future chips in my new windshield will be fixed for free! Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreTalk about great service! I e-mailed North Coast Auto Glass on Sunday evening to get a quote, not expecting an answer until the next day. To my surprise I got a reply right away from Emmanuel, quoting me a price (deducting $20 for being an Angie's List member). He offered to come out to my work between 1 and 3 the next day. On Monday around 1:50 he called to say he was on his way and arrived at 2:00. He was very nice and very professional. At 2:30 he texted me to say he was done!. He did an outstanding job and so quickly. I told him I would recommend him to my son who also has a cracked windshield. Thank you for a wonderful job, Emmanuel.

 + -1 moreEmmanuel was very courteous and punctual. I called mid morning to schedule an appointment and he was able to come to my home address the same day. Price was very competitive and service was quick and efficient. Company uses the specific seals for the windshield, not generic ones. Result is excellent. Would thoroughly recommend North Coast Auto Glass and will definitely use the company again for windshield replacement and repair.

The quote was over $100 less than the company that my insurance had recommended and included the glass, the installation and the mobile service. They came exactly on time and did the work in less than an hour. I'd definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreAs stated above, I would highly recommend North Coast Auto Glass as they came and repaired my back window the same day I called them and it only took 1/2 hour for them to do the repair. I would definitely return to them if I needed any more window repairs and they are very reasonable and courteous. They also do home windows and if I owned a home I would definitely have them replace my windows! Great company to deal with!!!
Description of Work: Fernando, the owner replaced my back rear window in my Honda CRV as someone through a rock through it the other night when I had my car parked out on the street. He brought me the same rear window as my original one and had it replaced within 30 minutes and he came to my house to do it. He cleaned up all the glass in the back of my car and throughout the entire car and he was very nice and courteous. I actually recommended him to my neighbor and this morning he came back to replace her windshield. I would highly recommend him to everyone, he billed me the exact rate that was quoted before he came and his prices were at least $80.00 to $100 less than other auto glass repair shops that I had called to get quotes from.

Description of Work: A few months ago you and your partner replaced the window in our Honda element. You came to our home. you did a very good job. My husband noticed a mark on the left side and an appointment was made for him to go to your shop to have it buffed our . I asked if you would prefer check or cash and you said you didn't want o be paid until the job was done to our total satisfaction. Your cost was $125. My Husband went to your shop in Carlsbad for the appointment. The "store front" was empty. He walked around the building. there were cars in the back but nothing in the front. He called your number and left a voice mail that he was waiting at what he thought was your location. No one called him back. He waited an additional 30 minutes and left. I have called twice telling you that we wish to pay you for the windshield replacement but no one has called back. We checked your location again and it is still empty. We would like very much to pay you. Except for the small mark you did a great job. Would you please call us at our number above and let us know where we should send the check and if you are stil in business somewhere else?

 + -1 moreThere was a crack in the car windshield from the hood to the roof. I called several auto glass companies on Angie's list with good ratings and got the lowest quote from North Coast Auto Glass. I chose to get a windshield that was tinted at the top -- it would have been under $200 otherwise. They came to my home the next day at the scheduled time and replaced the windshield quickly and well -- have had no problems. They give a discount (maybe $5, don't remember exactly) for cash or check so paid by check. Would use them again anytime if needed.

 + -1 moreHe gave me the best quote in the area, so I made an appointment. I took my car to the shop, and it was a nice shop- clean, professional. It took about 40 minutes, and I took a walk down the street while he fixed my car. The shop is in downtown Carlsbad Village, so it's right down the street from some really nice shopping and restaurants. I spent the hour just walking around The Village and had a really nice time. When I got back, my car was ready. It was the nicest auto repair experience I've ever had! It's also a block away from the train station, so I thought that someone could drop off their car and take the train somewhere if they needed to.
