"I recently contracted with Brothers and Brothers Builders to complete renovations on two bathrooms and expansion of the master bedroom walk in closet. This was my second remodeling project having completed a home rebuild a while ago, so I have prior experience working with contractors. Our Project Manager was Daniel Perez who did an excellent job communicating with us on a regular basis, was immediately accessible by text, staying on top of the project, and fulfilling our visions. The project was completed as per the time line and within the contracted amount, no surprises. With regards to the finished product, we could not be happier. "I contacted Michael and 2 other contractors to paint the exterior of my house.  I ended up adding a bathroom to the project subsequent to the exterior quote.
Michael returned my call immediately and was able to come out to my house and deliver an estimate in a couple days.  He was the cheapest of the contractors by about 25%.  We was ready to work the following week.
Michael was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.  He called every day to give an update and a status report on the project. After the first day of scraping, I noticed that the cleanup was OK, but some was left over.  Michael took care of it the next morning and I didn't have any other issues.
The painting was done reasonably quickly (there was a rain scare), and it was thorough and looked great.  I would use Michael again for any project, and encourage others to add him to your list when bidding a project out.

"The whole TerraVenti Construction team was great to work with. They were honest, professional and dependable from the estimate to demolition to clean up.  They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. For the bathroom we redid our shower and two vanity tops. For the kitchen, we replaced our countertops, added backsplash, added an island, redid electrical for new appliances and lighting. We got what we wanted with no delay.

The price was fair, they showed up as scheduled and cleaned up very well every day. They were easy to work with and were very patient with our questions. We did a lot of communicating via text and they were very responsive.

I find TerraVenti easy to work with.  The owner is very thoughtful and direct when doing business. The employees are kind and thorough with their work.

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

They knocked down some horribly textured walls and then painted and also painted our kitchen and cabinets. It was not an easy job and they were super quick and diligent in making sure every detail was perfect. They have a very hard working team and they went the extra mile including hauling away some refuse that wasn’t even part of the job- really kind folks who care about their quality of work. 10/10 would recommend!
