"Very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry (Sunday no less) and salesman was terrific. Installation took 2 full days by a team that seemed professional and knowledgeable. I did my research and knew that this was a possibility due to the age of the handle. Aris first came on a Friday soon after making the request. After the assessment, and the recommendation to replace the internal pipe to a rotating handle, he was able to return early Saturday to finish the job. All in all, I have to say Aris was great in the way he explained the work and the timeliness of getting it done. I would definitely call again if any future plumbing issues come up."

"He came out on time, gave an estimate which was the most reasonable. Arrived when he said. Tougher job than he anticipated d/t poor installation of previous unit so $500 added. Waited until we got to use the AC before writing review...it is noisy but plenty cold. They put paper over the hardwood floorsto protect them. Work finished in 2 days"

"The Harrison brothers are great. First they installed the venting in the attic and then once the new kitchen cabinets were in place, they installed the new over stove fan. The only reason I gave a "B" on responsiveness is that there was one time when I had to call twice before getting a call back. The "B" on quality is because the taping where the pipe meets the cabinet could have been neater, but in reality it's in an upper cabinet so you don't even see it. The communication, scheduling and work went smoothly and we are satisfied.
