"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. "Fantastic. Pann showed up on-time each day for the four day project. He also came out to the site voluntarily to meet with the utility company's project manager. This was not required, but Pann wanted to make sure that there was no communication errors. The panel upgrade required that we have our power shut off for a day and a half. This required coordination and teamwork with his assistant, the city and the utility company. His project management skills are excellent. The job went like clockwork. We passed our inspection with flying colors. Pann went over and beyond the call of duty and made sure that our electrical system met and exceeded the stringent building codes He pointed out some serious safety issues with the old wiring and fixed them with new wires, switches, and conduits. This job required sophisticated demolition and construction as well as detailed and exacting wiring all done under a tight schedule. Pann Reed takes great pride in his work. He is meticulous, and very concerned about safety which is the way I want my house to be wired. He cleaned up after the job and left our home spotless. We now enjoy our townhouse without tripping circuits and are comforted in the knowledge that our homes electrical system is much safer.
