"I have to give this 3 star rating based on price. 5 stars for customer service, promptness, courtesy and professionalism. The gentleman that provided me with the estimate was top notch. NO pressure, 100% honest and generally very respectful of my interaction. However, the price quoted is, without a doubt, not realistic. I searched online for furnace pricing and a very high quality and highly rated piece of equipment averaged around $2500. But my quote for a new furnace with installation was $7500! This is totally unacceptable! Furnace replacement is not rocket science. As a very handy guy, and one who has, first hand, witnessed an installation, $5000 in labor for a 4 to 5 hour job is just way more than this is worth. $1000 per hour is more than lawyers and doctors charge. And there is no flexibility on this pricing. And I don't feel that the months overhead of this company should be charged on each and every installation. Additionally, I received quotes from 3 other companies and their pricing is almost identical. Price fixing? Taking advantage of consumers? You make the call. BUYER BEWARE!"

"Had an issue with a broken pull out shower handle. After assessing the issue, the plumber could not replace the old style pull out without risking damage to the pipes. I did my research and knew that this was a possibility due to the age of the handle. Aris first came on a Friday soon after making the request. After the assessment, and the recommendation to replace the internal pipe to a rotating handle, he was able to return early Saturday to finish the job. All in all, I have to say Aris was great in the way he explained the work and the timeliness of getting it done. I would definitely call again if any future plumbing issues come up."

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. I am very happy with their performance. They may not be the cheapest on the block but it was all worthed and you only have to do that once in your lifetime."

"Fantastic. Pann showed up on-time each day for the four day project. He also came out to the site voluntarily to meet with the utility company's project manager. This was not required, but Pann wanted to make sure that there was no communication errors. The panel upgrade required that we have our power shut off for a day and a half. This required coordination and teamwork with his assistant, the city and the utility company. His project management skills are excellent. The job went like clockwork. We passed our inspection with flying colors. Pann went over and beyond the call of duty and made sure that our electrical system met and exceeded the stringent building codes He pointed out some serious safety issues with the old wiring and fixed them with new wires, switches, and conduits. This job required sophisticated demolition and construction as well as detailed and exacting wiring all done under a tight schedule. Pann Reed takes great pride in his work. He is meticulous, and very concerned about safety which is the way I want my house to be wired. He cleaned up after the job and left our home spotless. We now enjoy our townhouse without tripping circuits and are comforted in the knowledge that our homes electrical system is much safer. I highly recommend Enlighten Electric for licensed electrical work whether the project is large or small."
