Then a few days later the demolition of the backyard was completed along with the foundation for the drip system was laid and the front yard sprinkler system was placed and then the lawn the following week. "Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. "Andrew was very professional, friendly and accommodating. He gave us a great price and was very knowledgeable. I kept going back and fourth, changing the plan and he was very nice about it and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to a friend or family member without hesitation. He even set me up to pour my own dog pad at no cost since my plan resulted in using the full amount of the trucks capacity. So I m order to keep the cost down, instead of telling me I had to buy another truck, he just offered to set me up so I could just mix and pour a few bags myself. Lastly, we ran into a bit of a issue with my new house s side gate, the builder made the gate too low and ram bolted the studs into the cinderblock wall, thus, the gate could not be taken off and moved. Andrew came up with the solution of trimming the bottom to make room for the pour. I was skeptical, thinking it might look weird, but it looked great. And when I odorants expressed concerns about the issue, his response was even if I have to buy you a new gate, I ll honor my bid. That s legit."
