"It took 3 days after Conrad came out and gave an estimate. Demolition of the front yard took one day. Then a few days later the demolition of the backyard was completed along with the foundation for the drip system was laid and the front yard sprinkler system was placed and then the lawn the following week. He brought a crew of 5 - 6 for two of the three days. they came fully equipped for the job at hand. His crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. Best of all they hauled away all the debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. End result fully functional sprinkler system, a home that now has amazing curb appeal, a green lawn. the backyard looks completely updated and a drip system that is up and running. "Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. "Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

"Andrew was very professional, friendly and accommodating. He gave us a great price and was very knowledgeable. I kept going back and fourth, changing the plan and he was very nice about it and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to a friend or family member without hesitation. He even set me up to pour my own dog pad at no cost since my plan resulted in using the full amount of the trucks capacity. So I m order to keep the cost down, instead of telling me I had to buy another truck, he just offered to set me up so I could just mix and pour a few bags myself. Lastly, we ran into a bit of a issue with my new house s side gate, the builder made the gate too low and ram bolted the studs into the cinderblock wall, thus, the gate could not be taken off and moved. Andrew came up with the solution of trimming the bottom to make room for the pour. I was skeptical, thinking it might look weird, but it looked great. And when I odorants expressed concerns about the issue, his response was even if I have to buy you a new gate, I ll honor my bid. That s legit."
