"I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor. Even before I had received all bids I’d sought from him and other contractors, Tony found out the floor I’d intended to buy was out of stock. He arranged for me to go to a showroom that has the best inventory and selection I’d seen in my search, and he met me there to personally assist me to find flooring I liked just as well as my first choice. I was soon able to determine that Tony’s bid was very comprehensive and reasonable, but his efforts to help me before even being hired had impressed me just as much. If you want to hire a contractor who will go to extreme lengths to ensure you end up a totally satisfied customer, Tony. He said from the beginning that he wouldn’t consider my flooring project completed until I felt that every detail had been attended to, and he meant it! "We purchased the Big Deal to have the Bathroom design.  They came and did the design as expected.  The person they sent out did not sit well with us, and we will not have them back.  We have spoken directly with the provider about the issue.  Additionally, their estimate to do the work was significantly higher than others.  
The 3-D design and ideas they gave us were nice.  I would not use the provider for anything else


Update....the provider has called to try to make this situation right. I appreciate their desire to follow up on negative customer service. We'll see if they follow through with their promises

7/13/15:  I have worked out an arrangement with the company and at this point harbor no ill will towards them.

While we had multiple issues with ESI (not showing when scheduled, workers drinking alcohol on the job, substandard work which had to be redone), when the remodel was completed we thought we had a pretty nice looking kitchen.  Then, as months passed, we started noticing a lot of grease spots accumulating on the cabinet above the microwave.  When we hired another contractor for a bathroom remodel, we asked him to take a look at this cabinet issue.  He found that the ventilation kit had not been attached to the microwave nor to the air ducting of the house so the grease had no where to go.  Additionally, our contractor found the following issues from the ESI remodel:

*romax sticking out of the wall going directly into the bottom of a cabinet into a non-gain box

*electrical socket behind dishwasher was non GFI protected and had no cover plate so exposed to water

*4 GFI's, way to many for our kitchen area, were tied into one line.

Bottom line:  our contractor said the work had created a major safety issue which could result in a fire or electrocution.
