"Eli is a real professional. As soon as you meet him, you see you are dealing with a real professional contractor. We met with 4 different contractors and he was the only one with so much knowledge. I picked him for a full renovation project, we did full kitchen renovation, bathrooms, knocked 3 walls down, exterior was completely redone as well, including a new pool, Stucco, Paint and new drywall where we knocked the walls down. The job was done in 3 months. I was amazed by how many people worked in one day! Would hire them and won't hesitate."

"polite, friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable personnel.  However, they lived too far away to continue to service the pools.  We parted regretfully due to geographical differences.

"The service removed one huge (over 50yrs old) tree that was termite infested. They also removed a liquid amber that was dead.
Then they trimmed and thinned two large pine trees. This was an all day job. They did a good job of cleaning up.  The only regret that I have is that I didn't spend extra to have the stumps ground, but this was my choice.  And yes, I would use them again--in fact I plan to when I can get to the yard.

"Ismael is a great guy to work with. We had a small backyard overhaul which involved lots of little projects: removing some plants, installing pea pebbles and bark mulch, grading the yard, installing landscape lighting,  installing sprinklers and sod in the main yard area, and installing stepping stones, groundcover and drip system along the side of the house. Ismael remembered everything we talked about during our brief first meeting on the jobsite, and he made some great recommendations. He called me the very next day with his estimate. His materials were top notch and he does not cut corners. He took the time to match the pebbles and mulch we already had in parts of the yard so everything would look unified. He worked some days by himself, but one day had a team of about 4 guys. They left the yard very neat and did a very thorough job. We are so excited to have a yard we can enjoy and I look forward to hiring Ismael on our next outdoor project!

"Tom, Adam, and their entire team have been great to work with. They were not the least expensive bid, but the prompt response and professionalism had me sold. I am so glad I chose them. The communication has been great. The quality of the work is superior. Everyone who has entered my condo has been very respectful and understands how to handle an HOA. Even thought there have been delays on special order items due to Covid, I always know where we stand and what to expect. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. I would definitely hire them again."

"Jason and team was fabulous to work with, hands down. My vision was to add more living space without adding square footage. Top Leader Construction made it happen. Walls were moved, doors rearranged, pocket door installed, custom shelving, new kitchen with extra seating, and new bathrooms came to life. I felt I was part of the Top Leader team. My vision and their high standards created my perfect place."

7/13/15:  I have worked out an arrangement with the company and at this point harbor no ill will towards them.

While we had multiple issues with ESI (not showing when scheduled, workers drinking alcohol on the job, substandard work which had to be redone), when the remodel was completed we thought we had a pretty nice looking kitchen.  Then, as months passed, we started noticing a lot of grease spots accumulating on the cabinet above the microwave.  When we hired another contractor for a bathroom remodel, we asked him to take a look at this cabinet issue.  He found that the ventilation kit had not been attached to the microwave nor to the air ducting of the house so the grease had no where to go.  Additionally, our contractor found the following issues from the ESI remodel:

*romax sticking out of the wall going directly into the bottom of a cabinet into a non-gain box

*electrical socket behind dishwasher was non GFI protected and had no cover plate so exposed to water

*4 GFI's, way to many for our kitchen area, were tied into one line.

Bottom line:  our contractor said the work had created a major safety issue which could result in a fire or electrocution.
