There isn’t a cleanout available so Jaime pulled the toilet and scoped the entire main line and showed me exactly what the problems were. He popped down into my Mom’s really cramped crawl space to see what it would take to correct it. The waste lines were very old and damaged cast iron and Jaime presented 3 different options to take care of the problems. I felt like he really listened to us and once we decided what to do he started right away to dig and install a new cleanout and replace the damaged drain lines. It was very tough work, but all their guys worked hard to get the work done. I had to fly back home the next day while they were still finishing up, but Jaime kept me appraised of"

"This is about the fourth time I've used Tony's Plumbing. They always do an excellent job for me and something just as important, I feel I can trust them to give me an honest answer when they come out to do a job for me. Had them out to do clean a slow drain that had been this way for some time. Had considered getting another company out that I had a coupon for, but then decided to to call Tony's instead since I can trust them if there were additional problem. Glad I did since it turned out to be a lot more complicated than just putting a snake down the pipe as their snake kept getting stuck. Paul, the tech doing the job, finally had to replace a section of the pipe and now drain is running freely again. I have also had them out to replace my water heater, replace my kitchen sink and reroute a drain from my HVAC. They have done a good job for me each time. They are definitely my go to plumber."

"We just finished remodeling our condo. Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues with our contractor's plumber, so we decided to hire another plumber to finish the fixtures and appliance installations for us. In comes KennyWe had 2 extensive walk-through's with Kenny before he started and shows him EXACTLY what was being asked of him, and all the installs that were "unique" because we knew we had some special installs. None of them read any of the instructions that came with the appliance, despite us telling them that they should because some of our units were new to market. As a result, they neglected to take out (4) 7" bolts from our combo washer/dryer, causing us the 10-year warranty that we had paid for and almost breaking our unit. They also had no idea how to install a counter-top sink where it doesn't move. The sink STILL moves around and he still hasn't figure out that he just needs to put some silicone underneath to prevent it from moving around. In the end, they installed everything but they were extremely dirty. They left shoe marks on every single wall that was near them, causing us to hire our painter back to repaint some of the walls because it wouldn't clean. They left the packaging to the appliances and the fixtures everywhere, where as all of our other vendors cleaned up after themselves. They were not resourceful in figuring out unique solutions to any problem that came up; I basically had to guide them along. On a positive note, Kenny and his team are very kind and honest people, which is why I've given him a much better rating that I would have if they weren't. Kindness, respect and punctuality say a lot about a vendor. I just don't think they're cut out for new construction. They're probably better suited for regular repairs."
