Wenn the order was taken, an installation date of 3 - 4 weeks was given by their representative. The awning was installed within 3 weeks.
The time for the installation was Monday, June 8 at 9:00 AM. 3 very professional individuals got to our home at exactly 9:00 AM on the dot! They finished the job within 2 hours, vacuumed our terrace after the installation and left at 11:00 AM.
My wife and I highly recommend this company and the crew doing the installation.

Vatche Azirian, President, came to home and explained in detail the design and install.  He helped guide my fabric choice. The installation was timely and professional. We love our new awning.

We have used them before and because it was such a tremendous help controlling the heat, we decided to use them again for a different room.  I rang them and quickly got an appointment.  The owner, Vatche Azirian came out himself.  He knows everything about awnings from the manufacturing of them to installation.  I explained our problem with a south facing large window and
a tremendous amount of sun and heat that beat in our bedroom, regardless if I had closed the shutters early in the day.  
We weren't quite ready to begin the job,  I waited a few months and called back.  He had all of our info and we scheduled a date.  His crew arrived promptly and were professional and knowledgeable.  They installed the awning in a couple of hours and cleaned up everything before they left.  The awning is even better than I had hoped for.  It's not only a beautiful addition to the outside of
our building, but it does exactly what it was designed to do, control the heat from blasting into our room.  Because the awning has a motor I can stop it anywhere that we want to as the sun moves.  One of the best decisions we have made for our townhouse.
After using it for about 6 weeks, I contacted Vatche yesterday to ask a question about when to start lifting the awning as the sun moved.  He rang me back quickly, explained and couldn't have been more helpful.  He's very passionate about his products!
We will definitely recommend Alpha Productions to friends and our neighbors and will use them again if the situation arises.
A wonderful experience!  And haven't had to put the AC on yet and it's been hot!

     Alpha Productions installed my Continental patio awning back in 2004. After a decade of direct sun, the cover needed replacement, but the retractable awning worked fine. I called and spoke with Linda who still had my records on file, and she was able to give me a quote over the phone for its replacement.
     I decided to pay Alpha an unannounced visit, to check out their fabric options. There was Linda, friendly and helpful, and ready to clip swatches and price out options, and they had so many fabrics it was hard to choose.
     If you have time to visit the facility, it's quite a treat. Linda gave us an impromptu mini-tour of the warehouse where the products are constructed, and told us a bit about the company's history of being the first to bring European style-awning technology in the US. The workspace was immaculate and incredibly efficient. Instead of discarding leftover fabric clippings, they make tote bags, and my friend and I left with complimentary gifts from Linda and owner Vatche.
     The installation team was courteous and professional, and in addition to replacing the cover, inspected, serviced and cleaned the mechanical awning. They left it looking like new. I also look forward to contracting them for window treatments in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend Alpha Productions; they deliver high quality, reliable products and services.

Alpha Productions was great! Cliff, the salesperson, was fantastic.  He was really patient with us and explained all the details about replacing our old awning with a new one and what would be the best awning for us.  He helped us pick the best color and material and even worked with us on keeping the costs down.  He recommended we install a longer awning than we previously had and it was a great call.  However, the best advice he gave was to install a motorized awning - it is amazing and so worth the extra cost. 
On the day on install, the technicians were prompt and helpful.  They were efficient and thoroughly explained the process so we understood all the ins and outs of the awning. 
We couldn't be happier with our Alpha Productions awning. 

The whole process went without a glitch.  The installers knew what they were doing and the product was what we wanted and expected.  The awning was only six feet by eight feet and much more expensive than we had even dreamed.

The entire prices from the visit by the salesman to the actual installation was excellent. Everything was on time and the finished product works as advertised.

All aspects of the process were excellent from the beginning onsite explanation of options to the final installation.

It all went great - I called/emailed them and we set up an app't.
A very professional gentleman showed up on time and we discussed the potential project.
He showed me various options that I was not aware of, we chose the option, settled on the price, signed the contract, gave him a check for 50% down and set up an installation date & time.
The installers showed up on time and knew their business inside & out - They had the awning securely installed in a few hours.
The crank (I got the manual model) was a about a a foot & a half too long for the location.
They contacted the home office, and a young lady stopped by a couple of nights later (after work) and exchanged the long one for the shorter one.
Couldn't have asked for better service or quality.

I have an interior formal dinning area, with 8ft wide french doors beyond, opening to the rear yard.  Just outside the french doors is an outdoor dinning table and chars.   I wanted to create some sun protection when we wanted to entertain outside.  I did not want anything intrusive nor did I want the maintenance of an open patio cover that would not give the shelter required.     The retractable Awning was the perfect answer.  I can have it extended out, with the touch of a button, whenever I need it, and make it disappear when I want.  When closed, the Awning looks like an exterior fabric valance over the french doors - beautiful.     Everything about this product is high quality.  From the mechanism, to the fabric (too many to choose from), it is the best available - built to last.  
When the Awning was ready for installation (about 4 weeks) The crew, from Alpha Productions, quickly installed and wired the Awning perfectly.  They accommodated all my requests, and actually suggested a few better ideas that I did not know were possible, making the installation discrete, and stunning.
One of the best characteristics of the Awning, that I did not really anticipate, is that it protected the interior of my home.  Stopping the heat before it gets inside the house really helps.  In my interior dinning area, due to the large french doors, it can get very warm.  The heat coming off the glass is enormous. The Awning easily decreased the heat by 10 degrees if not more.  Yet the room was not dark. I suspect it will help with protect my dinning furniture as well (inside and outside).
I could not ask for more.

I’m an Audio/Visual business owner and I’m always looking for new gadgets to play with and incorporate into my SMART home.  Over the years, I had bumped into Alpha Productions on a few jobsites and they were always professional and friendly.  It was always cool to see how much difference it made so I finally pulled the trigger and ordered 2 for my home.  You really don’t realize how drastic it is until you have it.  This winter was extremely warm and I noticed it living in the San Fernando Valley.  I can’t wait to see and feel the difference this summer.  Now that it’s connected to my I-pad, I can control it from anywhere in the world.
