The work was done in a hurried and sloppy way.
The existing molding was cut too much and there wasgap  between it and one of the  support bars. One of the bars was the wrong length and had to be cut and reinstalled
The shades were the wrong width and had to be installed on a follow up visit.
The hole drilling in the frame  resulted in metal fragments which were  not cleaned out before the frame and awning were bolted together. I had to point it out and they then cleaned the frame and material properly (the shavings would have rusted and bled through the material)
The frame  bars had open ends which were left open (they had only one plug with them) I called them 4 times to send me the 5 missing plugs so I could at least put them in myself.  I also complained that the awning was leaking at the sewing seams.
They never called me back or sent the promised missing parts.
With this outfit it seems that, after they have  been paid, you are on your own.

They were responsive, no hassle and the most affordable. Great work too! Got a compliment the next day from my neighbors on the new awnings.

This was as easy as could be. The estimator came out, took measurements, and gave us a bid. A few weeks after we accepted the bid, the awnings were installed. The workmanship is beautiful. I wish all projects could go as well!

Because the initial order was wrong, they had to make the awning two times. Richard, the owner, was very nice about it. He called me to make sure I was happy with the new awning. When I called him back on Saturday, I wanted to see if someone can come out to move the awning up 6'' because it was too low. The guy came out that same day. He did a great job.

WE REALLY LIKE THE PRESENTATION. WHEN THEY CAME TO TAKE THE MEASURES OF THE PLACE WHERE WE WANT TO MAKE THIS installed. THEY EXPLAIN HOW THEY WILL DO IT AND HOW LONG IT TAKE FOR THEM TO MAKE IT. THEY delivered ON THE TIME FRAME THAT THEY GAVE US AND WE REALLY LIKE IT.

THE GUYS THAT CAME OUT WERE GREAT. THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE, BUT CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. ONCE THEY SHOWED UP, THEY WERE VERY FAST. THEY CLEANED UP BEFORE THEY LEFT, AND MY AWNING LOOKS GREAT!
Response from Morris Aluminum and canvas Awnings
"Thank you (removed member name). I hope your awning is still doing great."
