"Very professional, great sense of humor. Came to the door in a top hat. Sorry that I do not have another chimney for him to clean. Cleaned the chimney and removed the bird that was in the chimney. Put a special screen that keeps the animals and rain out of the chimney. He did a better that fantastic job."
