"The workmanship of the actual vinyl fence was good, but the fence installation was sloppy. They spray painted the frame of the fence. There were many runs in the paint, and they got some overspray on my neighbor’s fence. My husband & I brought this to the attention of the company’s supervisors, and they rescheduled the workers to come out & correct the errors. I held back my final payment until the corrections were made. It seems like the frame of the vinyl fence should be painted in the shop & not at the homeowner’s property."

"UC Fence left us with a quality white vinyl fence at a fair price, nicely installed, and resolved our very few problems professionally and relatively quickly. Our job consisted of replacing 250 linear feet of falling down wood fence with 3 adjoining neighbors, a somewhat tricky hardscape issue, and the need to contain high-jumping cats. Their Sales Manager, Eric Prien, did an admirable job coordinating things with our neighbors (even one we were having trouble getting on board) including getting their payments for their share of the job, and he also took good care of us throughout the process. His estimate was fair & quickly obtained and he followed up with us a number of times as we moved closer to starting the job. The installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly, capable, on time, and clean up was pretty good. UC Fence is fully insured for liability & W/C and have all the necessary licenses and bonding. As in life, not everything is perfect â and this is especially true when hiring contractors to do a job you care about being done right.
