"She used a wax mop to clean my floors. She just used cleaning spray no mop bucket. Cleaning the floors in that manner, left them in sticky condition. Left cleaner and smears on the wall tiles for my tub. Didn't completely scrub out the filth in a few spots in my tub."

"Got everything cleaned out as expected along with some unexpected items in the flue (rocks, dead birds). Protected the inside with tarps and vacuumed everything up. Recommended and I had a chimney cap installed. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and within budget."
Black stains shows evidence of hazardous cracks in firebox. Top 6” and lintel bar removed from fireplace. Not ever a good idea. Potentially making fireplace unsafe to use.

"I didnâ t know what to expect as far as how clean my windows would be. I had 9 windows & a sliding glass patio door that needed to be cleaned (inside & out). Arian not only did the windows/patio door but also cleaned the tracks, frames, sills & screens. Everything came out sparkling clean & perfect!!! I asked Arian if he cleaned glass shower doors, which he said he did. He cleaned the doors & they look like they did when they were brand new!! I am very impressed with how efficient, professional and polite Arian is! I I highly recommend Arian & Elite Windows & Property Care!! I will definitely hire Elite Windows in the future."
