  Technician was friendly and professional. He took the time to really work on the dirtiest parts of my carpet. Estimate time for carpet drying was 10 hours. That was right on point. If you would like a carpet protector put on, ask for that to be added to your quote. I did not do that and had to pay more at the end of the cleaning. I would hire Zerorez again. Thanks read less

Luis cleaned and regrouted a marble tiled bathroom floor, restored a marble vanity top that was etched with water marks, and restored a marble dining room table that had a heat-etched ring stain. He also removed the old grout and regrouted the seams between countertops and back splashes and between backsplashes and walls throughout the kitchen. Luis was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas where he worked. I was initially a bit reluctant to select this company for marble restoration because of the name but I'm glad I did read less
