Conrad and his crew did another great job for us.  His team was punctual and made sure to double/triple check locations of new beds and drip irrigation.  The installation of the lawn went smoothly and Conrad spent time going over care and water instructions for the first several months.  The irrigation controller is awesome it is app driven and I can multiple schedules in order to save water and reduce run off.  It also adjust for rain automatically, no rain sensor needed.  Once the lawn and plants are established I should be able to save on my water bills because of its scheduling flexibility.

"Mike gave a no BS approach to the job quote. He went out of his way to be informative and explained the process. Mike pulled no punches to what was needed and what was included which went beyond the other 4 quotes I got from other companies. The work crew did an excellent job and even took care of disposing of a tree stump that needed to be removed for the new driveway area. "Our project was one step and a landing on our porch. Approx. 30 sq feet. We had the top layer of tile removed and concrete around the door area chiseled and jack hammered away. They then cut fossil stone for risers and step/landing in large squares as requested. They did put up a moisture barrier at the entrance and calked after grouting the stone. This was done upon the City of Downeys expectations. I believe that wouldn't have been done had I not called the city to come by to clarify the code for this job. So my only complaint is that some workers, actually most don't keep up or research the code. Then when the city does visit you may have to tear down a project and re do it. That can be costly and frustrating. Our porch and step look great. Not sure if the cost to us was cheap, but it is done and looks great."

The crew set forms, leveled the ground, and poured with clean edges that connect smoothly to the street. No corners were cut with grading, and they made sure water would run off correctly. It was a large project, yet everything stayed organized. The upgrade has already made everyday parking and access much easier."
