James and Pat Daley, brothers and corporate officers, have been in the paving business for over 30 years. After searching for the right opportunity for more than a year, they purchased over 50 acres in northeast Lubbock that sat idle for many years, part of a California-based estate. As they are making plans to develop a corporate headquarters here, The Daley brothers have already moved their families and paving crews to Lubbock.ames and Pat Daley, brothers and corporate officers, have been in the paving business for over 30 years. My drive had been in need of repair/replacement for several years and since you and I talked last fall, I have done my diligent research and decided your company was who I would choose to replace my drive. I’m glad I made that decision.
For your information, this is the research I did.
· * Contacted the Better Business Bureau – only one complaint and it was satisfactorily resolved.
· * Angie’s List – good recommendations
· * Your customers – good recommendations
· * Other paving contractors (most purchase their materials from you)
The pricing was competitive and fair and I cannot say enough how pleased we are.
Because of a death in your salesman’s family, he could not be here during the completion of the project. The crew finished and left while I was taking care of a situation that popped up here. After that was over, I walked the project and saw what I thought was an issue, I called you and you were here within an hour – the crew came back and was ready to do the job over again if necessary – thank goodness that was not necessary – the issue was minor and was taken care of and everyone was gone in 30 minutes.
I appreciate you and your company, especially in today’s mindset of getting the job done, getting paid and getting out. You truly do want a satisfied client and I want you to know that I am satisfied, I am well pleased with you and your work – I will put out a good word and will definitely recommend you to friends and neighbors.State Contractor License Requirements
