"We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism of the owner. He helped us think through various options and determine the best plan for our situation. He understood the requirements of the Long Beach lawn-to-garden program and ensured we were compliant with the rules. His crew is incredibly hard working and efficient. Our neighbors who are home during the day would regularly comment about how hard-working the crew was. Since the job has been finished, we have been getting non-stop compliments. The owner clearly takes an immense amount of pride in his work, and he was consistently helpful in guiding us through the project. Even as we changed our minds on some plants and design choices, he quickly took care of business and made the adjustments. We plan to hire him again for future upgrades to the backyard."

"Mike gave a no BS approach to the job quote. He went out of his way to be informative and explained the process. Mike pulled no punches to what was needed and what was included which went beyond the other 4 quotes I got from other companies. The work crew did an excellent job and even took care of disposing of a tree stump that needed to be removed for the new driveway area. I do have plans to be a return customer for Sunland Concrete when I am ready to update more of my concrete walkways. Thank you Mike and Crew."

"They helped us redo our front yard and backyard, which turned out better than we had hoped. The old driveway had cracks, so we replaced it with smooth concrete. On both sides, they added turf to keep it clean without all the upkeep. They also helped plan the space, so it flows better with the rest of the property. The whole project looks sharp and feels easy to manage. The team worked quickly and kept us updated the entire time. It's worth it."
