This company nailed it from the initial consult to scheduling and through the installation. Everyone is professional and they are just nice people! They will be back to do my upstairs bathroom too, and I'm sure they will meet the same high performance.

This company is unprofessional. They robbed me off. The first time they came out to do they sent a guy who was unqualified. He was here 10 hours to do a job they told me would take 4. I had to point out uneven places on the window work. He places the back splash uneven so I have one side with the trim going to the floor and the other side stopped at the tub. So much of the trim work was not fully attached and I could pop off the corner pieces and others I could put my fingers under or including the water fixtures. The girl, Candace, told me that is the way they are supposed to be. After waits by the 48 hrs they recommend to wait before using. I went to take a shower and the handle did not work. I could get it to move halfway with a ton of pressure. It sounded like broken gears. No one is on call to help you, so I could not reach anyone til Monday and when I did, they told me the soonest someone could come out was two days later and I would have to take time off work again. They would not work with me for someone to come out before my work or after. I had to shower in my sink until Friday. When finally a supervisor could come out and look at it. He fixed it in 10 minutes. This particular supervisor lives about 15 min away but the company does not allow overtime so you are stuck. They had to replace all the stuff except the tub because the job was so bad. The guy who installed came out with the supervisor, so he could see all the mistakes he made. This was the same supervisor who this kid was trying to call when he was attempting to do my job the first time, but the supervisor was off work so would not come out. It is ridiculous that when you spend your 5-6000 no one will help you. They also had to replace the fixtures as the quality and color were not good. This took a third visit. Even though the color was a completely not correct, they charged me an additional $250.00. They were supposed to leave the old stuff so I could possibly sale on Craig s list if anyone wanted it. Just trying to recoup some $$ but they never left it. I called them and asked, I thought maybe they decided not to charge me due to the quality but no, Candace told me it was basically my fault because I did not double check with the installer. Gee I figured he knew to leave it behind because I would expect the company to have this on the work order. I did get a free soap dish for all my inconvenience. Wow, so much more I could say. Do not expect to get any follow up or help with your project even the nice rep who comes out and sales you the job will not help you. I do not recommend this company. Do not hire.

They did a terrific job, my bathtub looks like new.

The committed fraud and did not provide the material that the pictures showed and days later the acrylic wall started to fall apart and loose. They were going to give me tile but it turned out to be acrylic. When the installed the acrylic with a filler board around it to seal. The sealer was coming off and I had them come out to fix. It was poor material and workmanship and the acrylic boarder is starting to coming off. Still have not used the shower for a month. The shower door has still yet to be installed.

Installer was very informative, efficient, friendly, and quick. He showed up at 8 in the morning and finished up at 5 that evening. Great looking walk in shower conversion.

Replaced a shower in hall bathroom really nice improvement. Installer was a pleasure to work with, knew what he was doing and worked non-stop to finish in one day. Company seems to have great customer service policy. Would recommend to anyone.

Late in Posting - Loved the prompt service. Office staff was on point and on top of scheduling. My quote was spot on, and was so accommodating, personable and patient. My installer was great! On time, clean, respectful of my floors and cleaned up afterwards, every time. Did a wonderful job in my spare bathroom, the shower looks awesome!! Thanks guys!!

The installer did a great job. Have two new showers and if I have any problems I just call.

Very happy to have my new showers and the installer provided excellent service. Was very nice to be able to select all the features and the warranty is great. If I ever have a problem I just call and they will take care of it.

They need to vastly improve the communication between the salesman, the office, and most importantly the sub contractor (glass enclosure and door). The work was done in a professional manner with attention to detail. The homeowner and I (general contractor) were both pleased with the end result. I shutter to think about what may have happened if I had not been there to meet the sub when he came out to measure.
