This was not the first time using an Air Quality inspection company. They were help full, accessible, timely, accurate, and provided an analysis report that included a representative to review and answer questions. They also provided a referral to a remediation company that approached the issue in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Mold & Toxic Material Test
The inspector was professional and thorough. The report was timely and the company's representative called me to explain the results of the test. I've emailed him to request clarifications and am awaiting his reply. The only negative thing is that after our telephone conversation he transferred me to a 3rd party company who markets mold removal services. The rep there tried to sell me his product. I didn't buy it yet.

Charged extra for additional testing not really needed since the mold removal process removes all mold types. Did not need to know all the different varieties. We just needed to know the readings of how much. Did not identify the source just the type and volume.

The inspector arrived on time. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. The samples were sent to a lab, and a week later I received a detailed report over the phone followed by the emailed 20 page written report. I appreciate the fact that they are not in the repair business, therefore the report is not biased.
