"We hired Future Generation Construction for remodeling our kitchen, installing new flooring on the first floor of our house, painting of all rooms in the house and new recess lighting in about 7 rooms. They did an excellent job in executing all these activities. Our remodel of the kitchen required an expansion of the kitchen footprint, and we ended up using Future Generation Construction custom cabinets. These cabinets were designed and built, in my opinion, to be of better quality than by a commercial supplier. Future Generation Construction was on time and budget, excellent to work with and great communicators through the whole process. "We are so glad we hired Wiseman’s contractors for our master bathroom remodel! We read the reviews on Angie’s list, so we decided to give them a call. During the estimate phase, we felt they paid a lot of attention to detail in their bid. Their bid was the most competitive and detailed. When we worked with Phil on the bid, we never felt pressured or given the hard sales pitch. As a woman working with him on the bid, I never felt “talked down to” as I have with other contractors. We were very impressed with their communication. Phil always returned our calls right away. Phil helped us immensely with the design of the master bathroom. We were converting a shower back to a tub. Phil met with us several times at different materials stores to help us pick out tile and other materials. Phil made himself available to us via text, email, and phone. I was overwhelmed at first by all of the possibilities, but Phil was a great sounding board to bounce off ideas to create the design. He was also great at helping us to cut our costs down. He met us at a local counter top warehouse where we were able to choose from several remnants that was fabricated on site. We got a beautiful countertop for our vanity at a great price! Once we selected all of our materials, we set a date for demo and construction. There was a little delay starting, but they were in constant communication. Once construction started, Ryan and company worked quickly with great attention to detail. They were very professional and always left our home clean. The tile work by Mike was incredible and beautiful. He was very meticulous in his work. We are so happy with how the tile work turned out. We had to do the remodel due to the original faulty tile work were the floor tile was done over particle board that swelled up causing the floor tile to buckle and pop up. Wiseman’s did a very professional job on the tile work that will last a lifetime! We asked Ryan to put in a lot of different things into the design at the later stages, and he was very accommodating. They did a complete remodel by installing a new whirlpool bathtub, towel warmer, toilet with washlet seat, new vanity and cabinets, new light fixtures, floor tile, and mirrors. Though they were scheduled with other jobs, we felt like we were the only job they had because they gave us a lot of attention, answered our question, and took our feedback seriously. We give them our highest recommendation, and we look forward to hiring them again when we start our next remodel job."

"Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."
