"We hired Future Generation Construction for remodeling our kitchen, installing new flooring on the first floor of our house, painting of all rooms in the house and new recess lighting in about 7 rooms. They did an excellent job in executing all these activities. Our remodel of the kitchen required an expansion of the kitchen footprint, and we ended up using Future Generation Construction custom cabinets. These cabinets were designed and built, in my opinion, to be of better quality than by a commercial supplier. Future Generation Construction was on time and budget, excellent to work with and great communicators through the whole process. We highly recommend them for your remodeling and interior construction needs."

"Everything went better than expected! We provided the kitchen appliances and Wiseman installed them. I know that job was going to be challenging because of the tight fit with the new stuff, but they cut granite, adjusted cabinets and made it look super-professional. The master bathroom was completely gutted. We found a slipper tub and fixtures we wanted to use and they had no problem incorporating those into the bathroom. We also had our own ideas on what ceramic tile/marble we wanted to use. Phil found a really nice accent pattern that we ended up using in several places in the bathroom and we love the design changes that he recommended. We both had problems locating the cabinets for the master bath, but we were also looking for pre-made cabinets, rather than custom built, which they also offer, but at a higher price. We did find a great solution and love how it turned out. We also had new flooring installed throughout the house. We took care of getting the bedrooms carpeted through Lowe's, but we had Wiseman install tile flooring throughout most of the house, plus wood laminate in a couple of rooms. We ended up providing more materials than we expected, but since the original agreement gave us an allowance toward flooring choices, that cost was backed out of the contract and we simply purchased the flooring ourselves and Wiseman installed it. I can imagine that most constructions projects have surprises that need to be dealt with and we were no exception. In fact, we had some pretty substantial surprises and we talked them through, discussing various ways to resolve them, and both agreed on ways to move forward that were not always the least expensive, but we felt like we were part of the process and had some control over our expenses. Wiseman is prompt, very careful with their work, did a great job cleaning up daily and were very professional. There were no delays on their part and our friends love how our home looks now! I would definitely recommend Wiseman to anyone needing to spruce up their home."

"Joe and his son Joe showed up on time and we discussed what was going to be done. Joe Sr. asked me since the backsplash was going to be white did I want to change the outlets and switches from ivory to white which I did. He said he would take care of it. Took a couple of hours for all of the supplies and the new granite to be picked up and then they started the demo. of the kitchen. Next day I was informed that since Joe Sr was the only one in the company who knew how to cut granite he was being sent to another project but would return to continue work on my kitchen. Two hours later he did and worked on cutting and installing the granite. Another worked cleaned the cabinets with the Restore A Finish. I received a call later in the day from the owner William Caldwell who informed me that Joe Sr was going to be sent to another project and others would finish the work. The next day I had two workers replacing the threshold and front porch post, the plumber showed up but because two workers where installing the backsplash he couldn't hook up the dishwasher so he said he would return the following day. Because of the schedule Caldwell Construction brought in Corinthian Tile and Stone to install the backsplash and the two men did a great job. The plumber returned the next day and installed the dishwasher. The only complaint I have is about the outlets and switches. When I asked William Caldwell about installing them he said it wasn't part of the contract and would have to be done at another time. He said he would give me a good price. Two weeks later I called and said I would like to set up an appointment to have the outlets and switches replaced and that Joe Sr had already purchased the items so I had everything here. The office said she would check the schedule and call me back. She didn't call back so I called again the next day and spoke with Steven the field manager who said they were too busy with two new kitchens they were working on and said he couldn't pull anyone away for a day to take care of it. He said he would speak with William Caldwell and call me back. He didn't. I hired Jones Electric who came out and in less than an hour replaced the outlets and switches."

"We selected America’s Advantage Remodeling to design and remodel our kitchen and we could not be more thrilled with the results. We talked with several other contractors, but none were as competitive, responsive, or as comprehensive as AAR. The plan included moving a load bearing wall to open our kitchen up to the eating area and family room and replacing flooring throughout the downstairs. Eugene gave us several design options and worked with us to achieve the best kitchen layout possible. Vlad obtained all the necessary permits, handled the product selection and ordering and managed the project from beginning to end. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The entire crew was polite, professional, and highly skilled. We began the project the Monday after Thanksgiving and completed it in January 2018. We had no kitchen over the Christmas holidays but that was expected and planned. There was a slight delay because the flooring we originally chose was not available and the cabinet manufacturer sent the wrong pantry door. In all, the work took about two months. Our kitchen and floors are beautiful! In addition to giving us a beautiful kitchen, the crew successfully tracked down and fixed a mystery leak in our siding and fixed our old, leaking dishwasher. These two repairs took a lot of time and patience to identify and solve and they demonstrate AAR’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence. We are extremely pleased with all the extensive work they did on our home. We recommend them highly and look forward to working with them again."

"They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."
