"Overall they did NOT do what they were paid to do. 1) They were paid $25,000 to document and remove the contents and on numerous occasions they opened a drawer and took one picture, or they missed an area entirely. Very Very unprofessional. 3) In the boxes of items that were cleaned and returned we have found items that were never ours, how many people have they switched or lost items on??"
