"Armando and his team at Diverse Scape Pools & Spas always do a fantastic work on their pools. I have seen multiple of their pools and they are extremely well built. I love their pebble finish, water features and the salt system they usually use make a perfect combination! You can tell they only use great materials. Armando usually refers to pools he builds as his “babies” and that shows the level of intense care, focus, effort and attention he puts to his craft."

"Ryan was great! Very personable and knowledgeable about the entire system. He fixed the connection to my pool sweep and then gave me a lot of advice to clear the water (it was green). He said "Do this and that and your pool will be clear in 2 days." That is exactly what happened. Highly recommend this company"

"Very happy with service. They came out inspected my pool leak and repaired a crack. That didn't do the trick unfortunately so they returned the next day and found a leaking pipe. That was fixed and we're all-set. Very happy with quick response, great communication and reasonable pricing."

"Very thorough and helpful in going over the equipment and maintenance. As well as the seasonal requirements that a pool needs. I thought the water just needed to stay chlorinated but there is so much more. Great company I would recommend to anyone."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

ALTA/ACSM surveys are the most comprehensive type of land survey and, as such, tend to be the most expensive. These surveys have standardized guidelines and reports and are used in many kinds of real estate transactions to ensure consistent and accurate information is available for properties.

The longest part of building a custom home is the design phase. It takes multiple professionals and a ton of work to bring your vision for your dream home to life while sticking to a homebuilding budget and also ensuring everything is built to code. Expect the design phase for a custom home build to take six months to a year.

Above all, the downside to building a new house is a longer timeline. You need several months to finish the build, depending on the supply chain and labor availability in the meantime. Building a home compared to buying one is also more expensive, both in the building process and when it comes to mortgage rates and property taxes.

Consultation with the local government helps identify necessary permits, avoid project delays or legal issues, and protect project integrity.

Surveys completed by licensed surveyors can be recorded with a local surveying records office, and in most cases, they will be. Filing survey reports categorize them as legal documents, and they can be used whenever legal documentation of your property’s boundaries is needed. While you’re not required to file survey documents, it’s a good idea to do so.
