Came earlier than anticipated. Cleared toilet promptly after 2 tries. Took approximately 10 minutes. Removed stain at bottom of toilet bowl caused by implement used, and showed me how to remove water and refill if it needs to be cleaned in future. Discussed possible future installation of hot water heater. Very personable and professional, as was owner when I made initial contact this AM.

I was satisfied. Tammy the owner, suggested a Hansgrohe, a quality faucet, and she quoted me a great price. The tech arrived on time, and finished the job fast. I highly recommend Savior for your next job!

They were very accommodative and squeezed me in the schedule. Sam, the guy who came in asked for the picture of the leak so he can come prepared. He was on time and finished the job within 30 mins.

On my way out the door this morning I noticed that water was leaking from the control pipe we have coming out of hot water heater that leads to outside on front patio.  Freaked out thinking the hot water heater was busted.

As I was getting in the car I yelled to my husband to call Savior Plumbing to have them come take a look and see if we could get a new water heater.

My husband called and was told someone would arrive between 2 and 4 PM.  I got a call from my husband way before noon saying Savior Plumbing called him back, had a cancellation and they'd be right over.  They examined the issue and determined there was a corroded pipe.  They cut away the piece, installed and welded a new pipe in place and then VIOLA!  No leak and hot water flowing great.  Was worried the heater would need to be replaced as it is well over 10 years old but was told it looks brand new and is in great shape.  Guess previous home owner bought a nice model!

Can't say enough about how happy we are with the service given.  Technician did not try to oversell or up-sell anything - just fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

We've used them once before to fix a couple of minor issues throughout the house and they are always very honest and trustworthy which is unusual in the plumbing industry from my past experiences with other companies.

HIGHLY recommend!

Showed up within two hour window provided. Called 30 min ahead to let me know he was on the way. Didn't have the part needed for the faucet so had to go to store to get it. Charged me for his time to do that ($135/hr). Did good job but wish I didn't have to pay for him to drive to buy part. I will likely hire again.

Under my house was flooded, they sent someone out and he found the problem, quoted a price and made the repair. I used them once prior to this as well and I was really in a bind and the owner came out him self in the evening and replaced a cartridge for a shower valve. I would use them again.

Once we found out we had a leak, we called our usual plumber to fix it (not knowing they now viewed good long time customers as ATM machines) and got charged $300 for a messy TEMP fix (capped the pipe) and wanted another $200-700 to fix it AND would not apply the price of the temp fix to the repair. Showed them the door and called Savior Plumbing (had heard great things about them in the past).
Savior was prompt, professional and explained options. Great workmanship and tidy!!
We have a new favorite plumber!

I will most definately use Savior Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. They are trustworthy and communicated with me as the job progressed. The new sink was unexpectedly larger than the old, so my tile countertop had to be cut. I was out running errands and the plumber called my cell to tell me that the sink was unexpectedly larger than the previous. He explained that damage may occur to the tile while attempting to widen the countertop. We talked about the best and worst case scenario. Fortunately, the tile cutting was completed without damage. When presented with an estimate the previous day, it included a range of time/$’s per hour. I really appreciated a time range in the estimate. I was not thrown completely off-guard with the final bill. Speaking from experience, you could find cheaper plumbers, but they do not guarantee their work and are not as dependable as Savior Plumbing.

Few week ago I realized that I have a hot water leak somewhere in the lines because the water was not getting as hot as it use to, the main burner of the water heater was running all the time and water meter needle kept spinning even if all the taps in the house were closed. And finally high PGand E bill showed up for excessive gas utilization. I was worried how to find the leak since there was no seepage or dampness visible anywhere in the house. I called around several plumbers to get an idea what to do. They all told me that the leak has to detected and pin pointed first before any repair can be done. After talking to 4 different plumbers on the phone I decided to go with Savior Plumbing. I spoke to Tom, owner of the company, and he sent in his manager Darrell to examine the house plumbing and give suggestions and preliminary estimate. Darrell arrived on time and thoroughly examined the problem. Darrell informed me that since my house is on the slab and I have no attic due to vaulted ceilings; re-piping of the hot water line will be very expensive and difficult task. He recommended to pin point the leak and then dig a hole by breaking the concrete and patch the leaky pipe. Darrell recommended Steve from "Independent Leak Detection" to detect and pin point the leak. Steve arrived on time and by utilizing specialized equipment for underground leak detection mapped out all the pipes underneath the slab in my house. He then pin pointed the leak in my atrium, what a luck !!! The leak could have been very well in my bed room or living room. I was relieved immensely that the interior of the house does not have to be dug out. Next, Tom came in to give the estimate and schedule the work. Tom estimated 4 - 5 hours of work including cutting the bricks, breaking the concrete, digging the dirt, patching the pipe and the putting the dirt back in. Next Monday he sent in one of his experienced plumber, Mike. Mike arrived on time and worked with great efficiency. He finished the 4 - 5 hours job in only 2.5 hours and cleaned up all the area after finishing. He also replaced a leaky pipe on water heater. The total cost was $383.49 plus $250.00 for leak detection. The job was done professionally and I am very pleased with Tom and his workers. I now just have to put the new bricks to close the hole; I think I can do that on my own.

I got three bids from Angie s List. This one was the lowest. I went with the best offer I got. They came and did it the next day and it was a very good job. The customer service was good.

This was an excellent experience. They first tried to talk me though the repair on the phone and when it was clear that I did not know how to solve the problem on my own, they sent out someone in under an hour. He was professional and quick to fix the problem; he even taught me how to do this on my own.
