"I have had problems with a leak in the master shower, for 24 years. Several plumbers have supposedly fixed the problem, to no avail. Finally a diagnosis. All American send a plumber that actually went up into the ceiling and found the problem; a failure of the home builder to place a water sealant/silicone between the shower and the tile, during installation, allowing the water to slowly leak into the wall and ceiling below.
Although they did not do the repairs, which required a shower installation company, I am absolutely thrilled that the problem appears to be solved. The diagnosis itself was worth its weight in gold.

Since it was a deal, I was worried they would install a low quality toilet to improve their profit. Instead, they installed Toto toilets which are known as one of the highest quality toilets on the market. Price was good too as most places I called wanted $300 just to install a toilet. Deal price was $450 including the toilet, installation, and haul away of the old toilet."
