"Humberto dug out bamboo roots, removed all of the existing dirt 12" down, and replaced it with fresh dirt to 3" below grade so that we could finish our project without worrying that the bamboo would come back. He did EXCELLENT work, cleaned up, was efficient, and just an overall pleasure to do business with. Cannot recommend enough!"

"With our rather old cabin-style home, the plumbing from the kitchen sink had a plug of hardened grease over 30 years old. We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. The sound of the drain flowing never sounded so sweet."

"This job probably would have gone much smoother if the contractor had been at the job site regularly. One man was very competent, but the help hired needed lots of supervision. And since the dryrot portion was time and materials, I was very frustrated, workers were late, talked on their cell phones, and were not efficient. The contractor's response when I told him I thought he was going to be on the job site was, "I never said I would." He relied on daily conversations with the main carpenter. This might have worked had better workers been hired. After 4 months, a second competent carpenter was higher for a short time and that went well. I think the stucco sub-contractor did a good job but they were messy. The sheetrock sub-contractor took a long time patching, often missing spots and returning. The tile sub-contractor did not lay the hand-made tile very well so I have a constant reminder on his work. The painter did an pretty good job (the stucco is very rough)."

They only had a one hour window as opposed to some other devices that have 4+ hours which they arrived as promised. Not only did a service tech arrive, but the manager as well. Both were extremely professional and assessed the problem before taking any action. They isolated it to the mainline and was able to run a commercial snake to have everything unclogged in less than an hour. Once everything was tested with the other water lines to make sure the problem was resolved they cleaned up the work area and hooked up the lines back to the washing machine.
