Ended up not needing to go the fabricated steel route but was able to arrive at that decision with a very helpful discussion with Greg who seems like a great guy. Maybe in the future I’ll have call to work with them.

We feel so lucky to have found Norcal ironworks! The quality of their craft is unmatched relative to a dozen other projects weâ ve done around our Rosegarden home. I highly recommend this team and their work. We are so happy with the results!

Love my new iron railing .Greg was great. He took care that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. I would call him again if I needed him. He was helpful doing a few other things that I needed done. The whole experience was like dealing with a family member.

Greg is very responsive and prompt, both in giving an estimate and answering emails. The powder coated iron railings are exactly what we wanted and needed. The railings were manufactured and installed with care and attention to detail. We're very happy with this company and plan to hire them again in the spring for another railing.

Not good! Initial appt went well. Lots of ideas and suggestions by the two reps. They rendered artwork on the spot to ensure that their product would match our existing rails. But it went down hill from there. They did warn us that products may be difficult to get in the current climate. We anticipated that. But there was no follow-thru. Weeks went by with no word. We had to frequently call the office with no response. When we did hear, we were told it would be more weeks before installation. We initiated all of the communication., Nor /Cal did not call us to keep us apprised of the progress of the project. When the product was finally installed it looked good and did match the existing iron work. But the progress of the process was horrible. It took over two months from inception to completion for a very small job. If you are not in a hurry, I guess it would be worth it.
