"Great plumber. Showed up when promised. We live in an old house with water heater in the closet on 2nd floor. Water heater was old with lots of rust and calcium deposits which plugged the draining hose up. Matt, the plumber, took care of the problem really fast and after a few minutes he came down the stairs with the old water heater on a dolly. He installed new flex piping for the new water heater and left the place clean. He never complained of the bad location or of the bad condition our old water heater was in.
