Bella Rose is an amazing company from start to finish! Heather was the one who set everything up for us and she is AMAZING! Heather was text savvy and made the experience amazing! Ryan was quick to come out and give us a quote! He was understanding and relatable! They were able to install the turf within the following two weeks! The turf was installed and ready to be used the same day! If you are looking for a turf company LOOK NO FURTHER!

From the first meeting Travis listened to my needs and provided ideas I would have never thought of. He was responsive and very easy to discuss questions with along the way. I can say this with 100% confidence because I initially did not go with Bella Rosa, and I had the worst experience ever. Why did I not go with Bella Rosa? I had the work quoted by a few contractors and chose one. After choosing my contractor, I went to Purchase Green to pick out my turf. It was at Purchase Green that I meet Travis who was picking up an order for a client. Travis helped answered my turf questions and gave me advice. I was so impressed with Travis that I had him come out to quote our work. I then had the hard decision of shifting gears to a new contractor (Bella Rosa) or sticking with my initial choice. Like a coward, I stayed the path, and it was not a great path. I had the turf installed and the original installer did a horrible job. The nails were visible, the turf was laid facing the wrong way, it was wavy, the cuts were uneven, and the area was left messy. I was so upset and could not even look at my yard. It hurt so much knowing my family spent money that was completely wasted. I was embarrassed of my yard, I even cried! I called Travis and explained what occurred and he came back the same day to see what could be done. Travis was empathetic and worked with me to salvage what we could of the materials. Not once did he make me feel bad of my choice. He offered ideas to help. He sent me an updated quote and within a week was able to get his team out to completely redo our turf install. Now our yard looks AMAZING! The difference between the quality of work is like night and day. I am so thrilled with our new turf and with Bella Rosa. Just today I was laying on the turf with the dogs and appreciating the stunning yard. The moral of the story is â Pick Bella Rosa for your Yard!

We were fighting a losing battle with Bermuda in our existing back lawn â Bella Rosa to the rescue!! Travis listened to what we wanted, evaluated our situation, presented options and made recommendations. Let me start by saying I had three companies bid this project - Bella Rosa was 100% the clear choice (no doubt in my mind)! I've installed turf myself and had it installed twice by local companies in the Bay Area - I'm by no means a turf pro but am very particular and know what I like, and want (not to mention I'm meticulous and very attention to detail)! Travis exceeded our expectations with his vast knowledge of their products and install process - he was an incredibly kind and respectful individual with top notch communication...over the phone, via text, and in person (the kind of guy you want to hang out with during and post project)! I asked a ton of questions and we could not have been more on the same page - the turf options were spot on and we went w a beautiful olive colored 2". Jose lead the install and was awesome...he was detail oriented person and did a fabulous job around our trail pavers AND even lifted the driveway side to be more in line w the other installed turf. This made both sides of the entry usable for sports and other front yard activities. The kids and pup have never been outside so much! We could not be more stoked on the front yard upgrade and we have Bella Rosa to thank - we've already received multiple compliments and people stopping by to ask who did the install! Travis and his guys did a great job. Not the most expensive and not the cheapest. But I got a very good feeling from Travis when he did the estimate. Would definitely use them again.

excellent communication. Crew was knowledgeable and very efficient. Had over 60 feet of block wall needing disassembly, reset foundation, and reassemble large landscape blocks. Also did over 700 feet of artificial turf. Would highly recommend this company for your projects.

I had the best experience with Bella Rosa Pavers and Turf from start to finish! We couldn't be happier with our yard and our pup loves it too! From the start I received amazing customer service and the entire team was professional. We moved into a new construction so our backyard was just dirt and needed some love.. like most new constructions our backyard space was small but Bella Rosa helped us design a backyard to maximize the small space for beneficial use as well as visually appealing. I've also received multiple bids from other companies and Bella Rosa was the one that won us over. Travis was very quick to respond for an estimate and was very personable. We are so pleased and satisfied that we choice to work with Travis and his team. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking to for a backyard makeover.

Bella Rosa was a joy to work with and they did amazing work Having our yards ravaged by water rationing during the drought we decided we wanted at least our backyard to be artificial grass in preparation for more possible drought years. Travis came out and talked us through our options. Initially, we were only going to do our back yard but the pricing and options convinced us to do both front and back at the same time. Travis and company answered all of our questions no matter how odd. They left multiple samples of turf for us so we could test out what look we liked best under various lighting conditions. They also provided the names of multiple paver companies they worked with and told us where we could see samples of the pavers live. All the work on the front and back took a stunningly short one week. We have received rave reviews from friends, family, and neighbors about the work. We would 100% recommend Bella Rosa to anyone looking for artificial grass or hardscape.
