"One of the main things I asked them to do was do a camera survey of my sewer line in order to see what and where the problem was. Their camera probe was too big to go through the line from the toilet end and my sewer line does not have an exterior cleanout access as it goes directly into the city system. So while the line is cleaned out for now, I am hoping there won't be a recurrence and a need for redo any time soon. The technician was very nice and totally cleaned up the floor before he left."

"Carl was great - highly recommend his services. I was on a tight time-table to get a laundry sink removed and pipes fixed ahead of other remodel work but he was flexible and fit me in. He was on time and completed the job with no surprises. My house is 57yrs old and pipes for washing machine were small and outdated - and also hadn't been used in years - he had to replace sections of the pipes and clear the lines and remove a very old utility sink.
