They kept the yard clean, showed up on time every day, and found ways to help us cut our costs, and brought in supplies at the right times to be efficient. Absolute Pool was very organized so the whole pool revamping took 20-30 days to complete. I would definitely recommend them for your project, or at least allow them to bid the project."

Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

"Rick and Lucia were great from start to finish. Rick is more than a contractor, he is a designer and on top of that, he really believes in reusing materials. We saw that in two ways. First, during the demo, everything was removed very carefully so that he could reuse as much of the material as possible. The deck didn't look demolished, it looked carefully taken apart. Rick also used reclaimed materials in our yard wherever possible. We are renovation novices and Rick was very thoughtful every step of the way. His team was on time every morning and he showed up most days to walk us through the project before we left for work each day. He always answered his phone (every single time I called) to answer questions or explain the next steps. His workers were respectful and friendly, and they cleaned up every day. We love the finished product. We've hosted multiple parties and showers since Azteca 111 finished and we have loved showing off the new yard. Beyond just the finished product, two stories sum up why we appreciated working with Rick. 1) On the final day of construction, we weren't 100% happy with our perogla design. Rick came right over and gave us a few different options to change it up. He used leftover materials and modified the design that day and still finished on time and within the budget. 2) One Sunday afternoon, after all the work was done and the last check had been cashed, our mechnical gate opened when our car was blocking it and we could not get it to close. I called Rick and he had his subs who installed the gate at our house within an hour to fix it. That is great service."

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. The end product I received was better than I dreamed it could have been. Their whole team is very professional and I got along with them very well. "When I called, I asked if they did hot tub repairs.   We've got a spa in our pool that was not working properly.  Apparently it needed a new main drain installed, so I asked if that was something they did.   He was great on the phone and showed up a few days later as promised to give a bid.  When he got here, he said that it wasn't something they did but could refer someone.  Then he said they could try something to unclog the drain.  I said great.   But then they never showed up or called back.    Another week wasted waiting for someone, and I've got to got through this whole process again trying to find someone to fix this.  Frustrating.

"They started on time and kept to the terms of the contract. Rafi, the owner, was on site every day. He definitely has the eye and the knowledge to know what looks good. He also knows design trends so that the result looks contemporary yet timeless.
The work was performed with minimal disruption to the household. They moved all the furniture and put it back in place. I had bagged many items that were sitting on the floor and they disposed of the bags for me. The also hauled away old furniture that was bring replaced. There was no extra charge for these services.
The floors are beautiful. They installed the wood laminate on the stairs as well and it looks great, with bullnose on the stair edges.
Everyone who comes to the house comments on the floors. And the laminate has a wonderful grain in it that looks identical to real wood, but no scratches from dog and cat and it really seems impervious to everyday traffic. It requires very little attention to keep looking great.
All in all a very professional job, finished on time with a great result. They even kept an eye on the pets so they didn't run out of the house.
They have done other work for me, including putting on a new roof and cleaning up a room where water had come in from the ground in a heavy rain and then installing a drainage system so it hasn't happened again. They also refinished the ceilings in several areas of the house, taking out the "cottage cheese".
I've been very pleased with the results of the work and the manner in which it was performed. I will definitely continue to use this company for future work."
