"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small. Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit. "
"As soon as the contract was signed, Rick scheduled the work quickly. He came with his workers and remeasured everything. We discussed the design and he gave me some catalogues to look at designs. I selected a combination of two designs. Rick and I discussed the finish on the railings and I selected black. The railings were installed. There were a total of three different steps, each different from one another. The railings in the front of the house needed to curve with the conture of the steps. One other was just a straight forward design which was straight. The final set went in an area where I plant my vegetables. The railing needed to be spaced so I could still have access to work in the garden yet allow safety on some very steep steps.The work was completed within a few days after starting. When the final coat of paint was finished I was not completely satisfied with the finish. Rick came to inspect the work and was not satisfied either. He sent the painters back to sand and repaint all the railings. He suggested instead of the black an antique bronze might be a better choice for color. He was right. I was very pleased with the final paint. Rick has completed several projects for me and I have been very satisfied with all the work. I will call him again when I am ready for my next project. "

"When I called, I asked if they did hot tub repairs. We've got a spa in our pool that was not working properly. Apparently it needed a new main drain installed, so I asked if that was something they did. He was great on the phone and showed up a few days later as promised to give a bid. When he got here, he said that it wasn't something they did but could refer someone. Then he said they could try something to unclog the drain. I said great. But then they never showed up or called back. Another week wasted waiting for someone, and I've got to got through this whole process again trying to find someone to fix this. Frustrating. "

"They started on time and kept to the terms of the contract. Rafi, the owner, was on site every day. He definitely has the eye and the knowledge to know what looks good. He also knows design trends so that the result looks contemporary yet timeless. The work was performed with minimal disruption to the household. They moved all the furniture and put it back in place. I had bagged many items that were sitting on the floor and they disposed of the bags for me. The also hauled away old furniture that was bring replaced. There was no extra charge for these services. The floors are beautiful. They installed the wood laminate on the stairs as well and it looks great, with bullnose on the stair edges. Everyone who comes to the house comments on the floors. And the laminate has a wonderful grain in it that looks identical to real wood, but no scratches from dog and cat and it really seems impervious to everyday traffic. It requires very little attention to keep looking great. All in all a very professional job, finished on time with a great result. They even kept an eye on the pets so they didn't run out of the house. They have done other work for me, including putting on a new roof and cleaning up a room where water had come in from the ground in a heavy rain and then installing a drainage system so it hasn't happened again. They also refinished the ceilings in several areas of the house, taking out the "cottage cheese". I've been very pleased with the results of the work and the manner in which it was performed.
