"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"I'm very thankful I called Ace Ventura pest and wildlife control. I knew I was hearing something scratching in my bedroom closet, I just didn't know what it was nor how bad it was. Ace Ventura came out and found rats eating through my ducting, wires and insulation. Rick was great he took pictures and showed me what was going on as I was too afraid to go up there. He gave me much needed relief when he closed up the very large holes they chewed. His team also cleaned out my whole entire attic and replaced with brand new insulation, fixed my ducting and wires. We had to phone the company before they began work because the technician was not able to provide details on the pesticides they use. We asked for that information at the time of scheduling and were told that the service technician would be able to provide. In the future, we would ask for MSDS sheet before the day of service."
