"This is the second time I've used Wiseman Home Improvement, as he remodel my bathroom last year. Ryan is honest, communicates well, & shows up when he says he will. Ryan removed a wall between my kitchen & dining room, repainted cabinet boxes, installed new door fronts, island, granite counters, glass backsplash, farmhouse sink, wood floors, and removed florescent light boxes & installed pot lights. His subs, Mike & Viscilly, were knowledgeable in their field & did a fabulous job."

"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

"Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way. "The workers were timely, friendly and willing to do extra small jobs. They did an outstanding job. The paint lines were impeccable (Thanks Mike), and the cleanup was thorough. The only reason that I did not provide all A's for this company is due to poor communication between (S), the workers and us. (S) arrived and gave us a reasonable price, told us that if the job was not completed that day, then we could have the workers back to finish on the next work day. The workers and I agreed that a second day was necessary. However, when they were ready to return on the next working day, they were reassigned and we were left to try to make other arrangements with the office for another date. This caused a ripple effect of rescheduling other jobs around the condo. (S) did not take responsibility for the miscommunication, but the office staff was great about resolving our problem and my feelings."
