Thus far, we have new built-in cabinets in the living room and den with beautiful (and highly functional and durable) countertops and an opening between the two rooms for barstools on either side (perfect dining or family game surface). Manuel and Joaquin were instrumental in design and execution. The master bedroom is completely redone (lighting, floors, painting, baseboards, patch and texture, outlets) and the master bath is nearing completion from ceiling to floor with a new barn door installed between bedroom and vanity/shower area. No task too small or large. We have a new gate around our entryway that our four dogs and the rest of the fam enjoy immensely - many compliments from neighbors too. The Tenorio's attention to detail and focus on planning and brining to life practical (and aesthetically pleasing) solutions make this team unbeatable. They are great communicators, easy to work with and have great vision from the beginning to the end of a project - working as partners to solution beyond satisfaction - not salespeople. They take pride in their craftsmanship and quality. If you can hire them - don't hesitate. We will - again and again!

"I was told by the installer who called the office that he was going to take pictures to show the building inspector. Sacramento Building Inspector does not accept pictures, so I have to travel 100 miles round trip to be there so the trim can be ripped off, inspected, put back on, caulked again and inspected again. This is not acceptable to me. Further, I asked a staff member to find out if the Inspector would accept the pictures before having to make two 100 mile trips and he did not get back to me with the information.

"Hired Chance Denton with Aspire Painting back in May 2021. His crew painted exterior metal railings on two stairwells and landings at a small apartment building in North Oak Park. Half of the job was raw metal and the remaining paint on old sections was pretty well worn down with a lot of rust throughout.
Chance had his workers prep everything and apply two coats of DTM (direct-to-metal) paint. The finished job looks great. There are no brush marks or imperfections and a year later it still looks as good as new. I was concerned about the rust coming through but so far it still looks pretty solid.
As far as cleanliness, there were no drips or stray splatter on any of the concrete steps or the concrete below. Nice to know it was not treated as "just an apartment building" but rather treated with the same respect that would be given to someone's house. Thank you for a job well done!
