"I was very impressed with the work that they did. I had a hard time finding a company that could pour to fill in the sunken living room to bring it up to grade with the rest of the slab. They did a fantastic job getting the concrete level and integrating it with the rest of the slab. Cost was on par with what I had estimated from internet searches. "The cement actually looks good, but they caused me another issue that will take 3 grand or so to fix. They refuse to take responsibility for what they did, and will not respond to any phone calls. I would not recommend them, despite that they know how to do cement very well."

"Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."

He was the most confident in the work and I felt was reasonable with his price expectations and of a customer. I actually think he did not charge enough! I ended up having Medina’s masonry do the entire front and backyard project after the retaining wall was completed ahead of time. They also did more than was quoted just because they went it was the right thing to do while there. Never did I get a phone call telling me “hey it’s going to be more than expected” or longer than projected. I will always be recommending Luis, his team, and using them again in the future for any project I may have."
