Did an excellent job and well coordinated remodel in 2022. Ben provided everything he outlined and his painting and electrical subs were outstanding. Ben provided good recommendations re some changes that were good. A few details that should have been non-issues like in the upper cabinets there were electrical conduit boxes. that should have been placed above the cabinets. However, their flooring contractor didn't put down a vapor barrier and we didn't know that was required until 18 months later when the LVT flooring started to curl. Ben was not as fast to respond to the issues and continued to ask me what the LVT instructions were. He did send out his men to look at the floor. It was obvious to us he didn't want to pay for replacement and drug his feet. It took over 4 months of going back and forth but finally LVT flooring and baseboards were replaced. We had the cement coated and also a moisture barrier installed. Painter touched up the paint. Looks great

Ben and his team are very experienced, very knowledgeable, very professional. Unfortunately. The doors and drawer pulls, which I went with the shaker style, and what they call a beveled edge but unfortunately did not turn out looking like the sample did. At the time of install I should have caught it but I did not do to other personal issues. I brought it to Ben's attention after the fact and found out that my cabinet doors and drawer pulls were a one off in which the cabinet maker has never done before, hence, why they did not turn out as professionally pleasing to the eye as I expected. I would still highly recommend talking to Ben and his team but just be careful on what the end product ends up looking like and make sure to mention it or catch it before making the final payment.

It was great to work with HomeX. Project was completed on time. The cost was exactly the same as the original estimate. Everything turned out great. There were a few issues we found the weeks following the project. But Ben came out to fix them. Communication could have been a little better, but overall would definitely recommend HomeX as a contractor.

Ben and the HomeX crew turned my 1980 eyesore of a kitchen into a modern clean oasis. They gave me the cabinets drawers and pantry I need to store all my kitchen goods; with easy access drawers and pull outs…no more crawling on the floor to get those pots and pans! The new uppers go all the way to the ceiling making the most of the storage space with no dust collecting gaps! The new quartz countertops are gorgeous and the tile work is simply amazing.

We talked to so many contractors for our kitchen remodel. It involved a kitchen/dining room wall removal and basically redoing the whole kitchen. When we met Ben we were impressed that he had a VISION for our kitchen and our house. So many wonderful ideas and design, with new layout, new pantry location, windows moved and, yes, the wall came down! Made our house feel so much larger. Also cost was more reasonable than others who were bidding for this job. Ben worked with us every step, efficient, gave us ideas, didnâ t disappear on us or any of other horrid stories that one hears with contractors. I like the quality of their work. All explained what they were there to do on any particular day. I especially liked how they cleaned up behind themselves. All were courteous and I did not feel as if I had strangers in my home. Ben was careful to answer my questions promptly as we went along and alway got back to me & communicated with his men & was in charge.

They did a great job overall and I appreciated their candor and open communication. The project was new kitchen cabinets - we love the new look! There are some minor issues that arenâ t big enough to fix, but may reflect the quality of their work. For instance, some drawers do not open at the same time because they collide together. This is due to a slight alignment issue. Additionally, our spice rack was put together with almost no foresight, because no spices could fit on any of the shelves! The latter issue was resolved by a follow up visit.

HomeX completely transformed my old guest and master bathrooms. I chose HomeX because of price and advertised cleanliness. Because of my perfectionist character, I did find some items out of level and shower faucets installed improperly, however, any concerns that I had along the way were corrected right away! Overall, I would definitely recommend HomeX for any home remodeling projects. I plan on using them again in the future!
