We could not be more pleased - especially at 1/3 the cost of cabinet re-facing!

The crew arrived on time all three days. They were very careful to protect new hardwood flooring and countertops, as well as carpeting leading into the kitchen area. Sam and his crew were pleasant and professional. They knew their job well and are good at it. They kept us informed as to exactly what would happen, when it would happen and what the outcome would be.

The process went as smoothly as promised. Their process is VERY low odor something we appreciated with 3 asthmatics in the house.

The outcome . . . well when I came home on day 2 to check the progress my initial reaction was WOW. One of the workers said

 "that's the reaction we like to hear." Our 20 year old cabinets look better now than they did when first installed. The color change on the island to white looks fantastic. They were able to completely restore the worn finish on the sink cabinet doors to original. Since the cabinets are clear coated - except for occasional cleaning they are now maintenance free.

We would highly recommend these folks!

A few days after the process was completed I noticed that the "color" was peeling off in some places as if the cabinet had not been properly prepped and the Stain was just peeling off. I called Home Depot and they in turn called the company and the original person came out to touch up the problem areas. He gave me a bottle With a small amount of the "stain" and told me that I could always touch up any problem area should the problem arise again. After several months the original cabinet was again showing through in spots. I tried to touch up the problem areas but the paint or stain would not adhere to the surface. Then one day out of the blue I received a phone call about a survey they were taking regarding Nhance. I explained all of my concerns to the interviewer. A couple of weeks later I received a call from the head office of and Nhance asking me what concerns I had and suggesting that I send photos of the problem areas. I did this immediately and to this day which is actually about eight months I have heard nothing back from them even though I have called twice and sent two emails. Interestingly enough, I never ever received a phone call from the original person who did the work and unfortunately I had lost the paper work with his number on it. This product is Advertised at Home Depot but they have told me that they do not stand behind the product at all. Therefore all I can say is "buyer beware".!
