"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"MSJ did a fantastic job. They met us at the storage unit on time, actually five minutes early. They had four guys and two trucks and were fast, polite and professional. They wrapped items with blankets or bubble wrap that could have been damaged in transit. We had a lot of loose items that they put in a couple of big, heavy cardboard tubs during the move. It was obvious these guys know what they're doing. Even the owner of MSJ came to supervise the unloading process to make sure we were happy with the service and attention received.
